The peace and tranquillity are tangible and the scenery is breathtaking. The air-conditioned hotel features 24 luxury chalets, a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and children's playground. Food and drinks are provided in the bar and restaurant. Conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park are also available.
Take the N2 and then the N10 from Port Elizabeth towards Craddock. After approximately 80 minutes the first hotel signs can be seen which should be followed.
Each of the air-conditioned chalets comes with a private lounge and deck area with spectacular views of the dense valley below. All rooms have a DStv Bouquet, a telephone, tea/coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, as well as an enclosed WC. The quiet luxurious rooms with large windows allow magnificent views. Hidden within the cavernous Bushveld of the Eastern Cape's Sundays River region lies the Addo Elephant National Park. This is the place where the evening's silence is broken by the howl of the black-backed jackal and the francolins' calls herald each new dawn. The hotel is situated 2 hours' drive north east of Port Elizabeth on the edge of the Little Karoo. It forms part of the Addo Elephant National Park concession.
